Lexi Hann NEVER GO HERE. I bought 4 winter tires for them to put on and while they were mounting them they put on the 2 on the passenger side BACKWARDS, and they knocked off my tire pressure sensor on the front passenger side. Never reimbursed- don’t come here unless you want new lights popping up on your dash.

Karen Gibson I was at monro muffler today in Geneseo NY today The manager Ryan was at the counter. I was there with a friend of mine and witnessed him doing a side job on someones vehicle and accepting cash for this work. He told my friend who had an appointment that it was going to be quite some time before he could get her car in because of this. The manager Ryan told this individual. If he ever needed any work done to just do a cash deal, and he would take care of him. Last I new this was illegal. Needless to say, my friend never got the work done on her vehicle, because he spent thirty minutes outside talking with this gentleman. I watched the customer give him cash outside the store.He then placed it in his left hand pocket. Well never be returning to this location due to the dishonesty

Colin Miller Called and confirmed an appointment two days out after explaining a noise when driving. I came in respectfully and explained the situation. The owner mumbled something, simply dismissing it and said he wouldnt work on it and told me people like me would put him out of business. Im bewildered and frustrated.

Danielle Forshee I want to start by saying I’m not one to ever post a negative review online, but my boyfriend (who is the nicest person ever) went in today and they were rude as hell about him getting an inspection on his car. Not only that, but they also told him they wouldn’t waste their time on him or his car. We were referred here by my sister who stated that they are really nice and honest, but we won’t ever go back after that kind of customer service. Apparently she had a much better experience somehow. If you don’t want to handle inspections, maybe you should take it off your list of services, not that I would recommend a single person goes here for a thing.

John Khan Every experience Ive had with Scorsones Service Center has been excellent. They are very thorough, and helpful, which ultimately leads to the longevity of my vehicles. You can tell they do good work by the cleanliness and organization of their shop. Im thankful to have found a good place to service my vehicles in Livingston County.

Rachel Miller December 2024 I had Scorsone’s put my winter tires on and replace my brakes. At the time I had said if rotors needed to be done, do them, but they said they were fine. +10k miles later now in June I was at the dealer for warranty service and asked for my inspection to be done as well. They failed me with a video of why. The right rear rotor had ruined the brake pad and they couldn’t pass my car. I called Scorsone’s immediately to find out if anything could be done since I had put my trust in them to replace what was necessary. I got put through to Mike who thought skeptical at first, saw the video and agreed with what the dealership had to say. He told me that at my earliest convenience they would make everything right. A few days later I dropped off my car and picked it up with new rotors, pads, and an inspection sticker- needing to only pay for the rotors and inspection. I cannot be more thankful to the team for hearing me out and coming to a more than fair solution. I drive 70 miles/day and this has made me a customer for life.

Jay Van Ingen I needed an oil change so drove in and expected to wait 30 minutes or so. I brought a book to read but, never got a chance to open much less read it. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The waiting area was clean the personnel was friendly and time was short. Perfect oil change to me. Thanks for the great service

Liz Laney If I could give zero stars, I would. Zero customer service, zero patience, and zero tolerance. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. Mary answered the phone and was rude and disrespectful. She actually told me she did not have time to answer my questions regarding the estimation, insurance, and repair process. I hope everyone reading this avoids giving Geneseo Collision their business; maybe then Mary will have time to research and learn how to provide customer service.

Hannah Amazing company with by far the best service out of all the companies I called. Affordable and fast towing. The gentleman who towed my car (Im sorry, I cant remember his name, but he was an absolutely sweetheart) was incredibly sweet and attentive. Im hard of hearing, and calling can be incredibly difficult. The woman on the phone was very friendly and patient with me, guiding me through the process and a stressful situation. Thank you, M&R, for towing me and your amazing customer service!

Angela Martin Waited 3 hours kept telling AAA dispatcher another hr another hr while Im stranded 8 minutes from their shop! In other words they were pushing off my flat tire call to take more $$$ calls. AAA dispatch was able to find another company to come help me. Stranded on the side of a highway. Disgusting. Read reviews. Its not the first time.

Dawn Woodburn So accommodating, and so professional!! You cant tell there was damage to my car. The color is very unusual and he blended it to match perfectly. Plus the pinstriping was amazing!! I would say he is the best around.
