Amy Marlow We was on vacation when our trucks transmission we out. The company allowed us to ride with the to Knoxville where our truck needed to go. My husband is oxygen dependent and the driver kept the air conditioning on for him and asked if we needed to charge the machine. The driver was amazing, kind and courteous. He also stopped to make sure our truck was tied down. Good enough partially through the drive. I highly recommend their service and if we ever need anything there in Tennessee again we will definitely use their service.

Christine Robinson Carstar did a very good job repairing my car after a collision with a deer. Looks like the accident never happened. Repairs took longer than expected due to a problem receiving parts from a supplier, but they keep in contact with me regularly via text messages. Anytime I phoned, they were professional and pleasant.

We bought our second vehicle from him yesterday and just like the first time he took his time, did research for us to make sure we got a vehicle that would be perfect for our family. That vehicle has a small crack in the windshield and he worked with me to make sure it was dealt with quickly. He got us a great deal again and we are very happy with our purchase. We will be back again in a few years to trade in and hope he is still there to work with us. All the staff are kind but I like that they try to keep you with a familiar face if possible.
