Jacqueline Dattoli - Gardocki My husband and I can’t say enough great things about this repair shop. They were very helpful when our bearing of our trailer wore out on our trip. The team was quick to help fix the problem and were friendly and fair with their prices. They did a great job!

Ahad Taher Ive repeatedly tried to make an appointment here for the past year and its always the same excuse "we dont have a mechanic available" and when Im told I will be called back, I never am. Ridiculous.

Eric Rowles I had somebody vandalize my truck and it was brought here to Gerber and I have to say some of the nicest people in the world extremely helpful theyll answer every question and they go above and beyond you need work done on your vehicle have your insurance agent send you here the best

Paul Carlson Dons Auto Body took the frustrating situation of getting into an accident with our Town & Country and turned it into an extremely smooth and easy process of getting it repaired! Everyone we spoke to there in their office was very knowledgeable, professional, and Helpful. They even went as far as to help us with getting the insurance claim handled. Their professionals in the repair shop itself were extremely thorough and even found some additional damage from the accident that we missed ourselves. They did all the work very quickly and actually got the vehicle back to us faster then expected by a few days. And the final product was flawless , our van was practically back to showroom condition. Over all we couldnt be happier with our experience. We highly recommend Dons auto Body to anyone !!!

James Colman Shaun and Ken have done work on both my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle. They both go out of there way to provide excellent customer service and get the job done in an honest, timely manner. We have dealt with Maher on 3 separate occasions, 2 different vehicles and all 3 times we give them 5 Stars. Thanks again for everything guys. Highly recommend this place!

bradford Olson Shaun Solid and matter of fact business man. He’s young and so is his crew. They’ve got a a great operation going and their quality is excellent. I asked the crew to do some custom work and they didn’t blink an eye. Came out perfectly. I’ve been driving with the body and suspension work for a year now and the paint is really holding up. I would recommend Maher collision to anyone in the greater Kingston area.

From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me professionally and made me feel welcome. The service was quick and efficient, and they went above and beyond by checking all my filters—something my previous mechanic had neglected for years. I really appreciate their attention to detail and honesty. It’s refreshing to find a shop that genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!

Lexi I go to gease monkey for every oil change, they also check my air filter, and top up all my fluids, the people there and very down to earth, very understanding, and they have a sense of humor. Everytime i walk in the place is very clean, the shop looks very organized and over all experience has always been great. Thank you everyone.

Tim Delaney Joe did terrific work (like new!) after my car was hit in a parking lot. Worked with my insurance adjuster, performed the work ahead of schedule, and it was perfect. Plus, hes pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I have used him before, and will do so again if I need body repairs.

HappyLabTails Excellent work, very nice owner. Very accommodating. He even helped me when the rental car agency my insurance uses tried jerking me around ("oooh, we have no car for you, even though you have a reservation. Just a box van available"). JRs is great. You can trust them for perfect color matching, and bodywork thatll make it look like your neighbor never rammed her car into the back of yours. Although its hard to forget.

Gilbert Marrero I have had two oil changes here. We usually do our own at home, but I wasn’t up for it in the heat. I didn’t realize that it’s a drive through service; you stay in your car the entire time. It was quick as they work like an efficient team. Very polite and professional. I was in and out in minutes. I also knew what I wanted and didn’t. Since my car was already tuned up I opted out of the air filter changes which I can also do myself.

Kalon Sherred Valvoline Kingston left my wife’s car in shambles after an oil change and they couldn’t take any accountability. Claims my wife came in with a leak. We def would’ve saw the leak on our asphalt driveway prior to my wife bringing the car into Valvoline. So the woman who works @ Valvoline lying out of her mouth to cover herself, she wanted to argue about the job she failed to do correctly and then smirk about it when she on the phone with her manager who provided no help at all either. So I would be wary about bringing your car here. The girl don’t know what’s she’s doing and she will leave your leaking out oil- which is what ultimately happened after my wife’s oil change.

Elizabeth Cook Tony is one of the nicest guys I have met. I found him on a Google search probably five years ago and I am so happy that I did. He is incredibly fare priced, but more then that he is honest and a great mechanic. I appreciate him as a human and am glad he is my mechanic.

Mermelstein John (John) These people are the best! From top to bottom this agency goes above and beyond. Very efficient, fast and friendly. I was very easy to schedule a service an appointment on their website Waiting area is very comfortable with plenty of refreshments and snacks. I am a happy camper.

paula kelsey Bought a new/used SUV last month. The sales team especially Mackenzie T. made the experience less stressful and more pleasurable. Mackenzie is very professional and knowledgeable. I would buy another vehicle from Romeo Volkswagen in the future.

Tyler Bard I had bought a brand new 2025 Kia k4 and got in an accident a week later.11k worth of damage. Kingston collision was very empathetic and did their best to help me out, keep me updated every step of the way and their tecs worked great and fixed my car in a timely manner. All factory parts, and looks brand new!

Allison Burch Exceptional service. Another company said the car was totaled but we got a second opinion from Kingston collision and they were able to do the repairs and keep it from being a total loss. They were compassionate and understanding AND they did incredible work within the predicted timeframe. The car looks as if the deer never hit it. They keep their promises and are people of integrity. We will never go anywhere else!

G B I discovered Ernie (of the eponymous EC Automotive) today and let me tell you--I have found my new mechanic. Ernie is talented (he has years of experience under his toolbelt), friendly, honest to a fault, and most importantly, his pricing is more than fair. Judging from the number of cars in his parking lot and the number of people that shook his hand after picking up their car, its easy to see why all his Google reviews are five stars. And Im more than thrilled to add another one. Enthusiastically recommended!! UPDATE: Have been back to see Ernie a few more times since I wrote this review and just had to say that his service continues to be absolutely exemplary! Also, if you order parts from a wholesaler directly, he will be happy to install them for you (obviously he wont warranty the parts because who knows where you found them), but its just another kindness he extends to his customers. I more than enthusiastically recommend!

Dylan Welch Best shop I’ve ever been too. My car wouldn’t start and was too low for a tow truck. Instead of blowing me off like most shops would’ve, Ernie came to my house to help me out. Good guy and good honest work.

Christina Rugar Would be nice if they provided you with an estimated wait time when you pulled in. Just waited over 2 hours to get an oil change. Still, employees were nice and the place was clean. Love the free vacuums!

Carla So grateful to Matt and his team for their help. Yesterday I noticed an issue with my tire, and they told me to come in. They took care of me right away, tested the tire, and found out I had luckily avoided a major problem. It was a quick process and Matt didnt even charge me for his time. I really appreciate how quickly he helped me and the reassurance he gave. Will definitely be back for any future tire needs!

Honest Opinion Awesome work! If you have a euro or probably any high mileage car, but especially a BMW it’s tricky finding mechanics that aren’t scared to do what’s necessary to get you back on the road with no future problems. I have a 2018 BMW with over 150k miles that needed work. I took it to many mechanics that were either scared to change the transmission oil and/or didn’t have a clue. Many indie shops told me why don’t you buy a Honda or Toyota. Like I Bought a bimmer by mistake. It’s been over 3K miles since I had my car serviced at Everett. Had lots of work done for $4k, but thats way cheaper than buying any new or used car AND my car is driving like a new BMW should. If you have an older euro car and every shop including the dealership is telling you those fluids are good forever. Have your car serviced at Everett and drive away feeling like oh yeah, this is why I got this car in the first place. Top notch service, car was ready when they said it was gonna be, family run, Friendly shop dogs which says a lot and no rude we’re doing you the favor attitude.

patricia murphy I want to thank this company so very much. I had a very tough time trying to find somebody that was willing to fix a water pump for a Ford flex which is one of the hardest jobs out there for this type of vehicle. It’s a 16 hour job and I just want to say thank you so much for taking the time and fixing my vehicle. They did an amazing job. Everything works great And be able to rely on this type of company is so ensuring that they are still kind people out there I had had to go into the hospital and have a little issues going on with myself. They were willing to keep my vehicle on their property, not make me move it and give me time to get my vehicle , I really appreciate that about them. That was the kindness of their heart which they are business and are there to make money still have the kindness of the heart to still reach out and help somebody is it God sent that we still have such amazing people out there. I highly recommend this place. If you want to get your car fixed the prices are very reasonable. They don’t overcharge you they don’t overcharge you. They get it done as fast as possible, and they also warranty. That was the best part when I found out I’m under warranty thank you Robert and your wife and those sweet puppies that you have in the office everybody was just so very nice to me and so very understanding and worked with me and I just wanna say thank you thank you so very much for being honest , and just being like family it felt like I had known these people for years it is so hard to find generally good hearted, honest people and I really want to thank you guys. Thank you so very much if you ever need a water pump done or any major issues that you need to go inside of the engine like we did I highly recommend this place way better than Ford Ford wanted twice as much, the overcharge was just crazy and so overwhelming for me. This job cost me $2500 a single mom and I don’t work because I am trying to get on disability because I am actually very sick so I wanna thank them so very much for not overcharging me they charge me what I needed, and that was it , I can’t stress that enough thank you again to you and your wife for making my experience so pleasurable and so mind at ease thank you again
