Roseanna Alarcon Told them to get my husbands truck ready for winter, advised that the rear brakes were squealing. They returned the truck saying it wasnt the brakes but something else in the rear. He didnt even check the lights because there was a light out that I told my husband about. Another mechanic said the rear breaks were the original ones! Metal on metal! They are lucky nothing happened or they would have a lawsuit! Stay away the mechanic is shady or lazy!

Chuck Deluca I got stuck and just had to reset my check engine code. A 2 minute job just plug it in and press a button. The owner knew I needed help but tried to charge me $100. If you need anything done to your car, push the car past this place and save yourself

Mr Williams All new or newer cars still under warranty cost about 5 times more than that same car out of warranty, the car out of warranty may still be a great car, but most people never want anything out of warranty, so they will always get a new or newer car, remain in debt, and wait for months for some dealership to fix a car still under warranty for free & that same dealership will always “create” something that you need to pay for & over charge you as well because all dealerships make far more money from the service department, than from the sales & parts department’s combined!!!! Just so you know, dealerships could “give away” cars and still make a profit from servicing or repairing it. Dealerships get away with this because most people don’t have or even know any good mechanics & don’t have the time it takes to find them!!! A new Bentley (for example) costs $400,000 & a used one can cost only $16,000, it’s still a Bentley, but it’s out of warranty, so it’s only 5% of it’s original price!!! At Autolex car repair in Whiteplains NY, you’ll find GREAT mechanics, that always charge a fair price, that won’t rip you off, that only change parts that must be changed for you to be safe on the road, that will tell you what important parts need to be changed next!!! Call and ask for Ryan & if he is not there ask for Angel……

Roman Rivas Excellent work from the guys here. From the manger named Alex to the staff henry and angel. Really good diagnosing electrical issues and a very fair compromise on parts and labor. They once even drove out to my mothers public parking lot to change a fuel filter sending unit and finished the job after at there garage without towing it to save my mother the towing expense.

The mother/son (Sita and Junior) was very helpful, courteous and professional throughout the whole process and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repairs. Body shop is well kept and very clean. My truck came out looking newer and very clean, I highly recommend R&E for all your auto repair needs.

Shazam Fitness I leave my 2009 Nissan Maxima to do a paint job and they stoled my speaker from the backseat and they changed my windshield wipers. One of the guys was wiping down my car and he made a comment that my car was nice and it makes me suspicious that they indeed did something to my car and when I checked my items was stolen. Your own people can be scumbag to you and they called themselves church people ....smh!!!

Ava Recently, I came here after a referral from a friend and a few negative and misinformative encoutners with other shops. Called on a Monday and spoke with Joe regarding the issue with my car. He set up an appointment for that Wednesday to diagnose. Dropped off early in the AM. He called me within 3 hrs of drop off with an answer to the issue my car was having that no other shop could identify. He was able to get the parts and had my car fixed by the EOD. He also communicated with updates and pictures throughout the day. Stellar experience here. Joe is extremely friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Upon arrival, he showed me the old parts and the play in them. He also notified me of future services I may need with timeframes. Great service & fairly priced. I will continue to be a repeat customer, as well as refer friends and family here. These days, it is unfortunately rare to come across a genuinely honest, kind shop. Especially as a young woman! Cannot recommend this place enough. Great job, and thank you so so much again!! I am extremely happy with my experience here. +I also want to note I drive a foreign car and am always hesitant to take it to just any shop, but these guys are very comfortable and very knowledgeable in working on Mercedes.

Joe Darragh Fantastic work! Great communication throughout my repair. I smashed my 2019 Mustang into a guardrail when it was raining. Im very careful about who I let work on my car. I spent a lot of time searching around for a body shop that I felt I could trust. Mark did a wonderful job of giving me the comfort that my car was in good hands. They had to straighten my frame, replace my AC condenser, change my front bumper and headlamps, then paint the whole nose of the car. It came out spectacular and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Sals Auto Body to anyone in Westchester looking for a top notch shop.

Jeremiah Wiggins Went to have my AC fixed a couple weeks ago. $300 and 2 weeks later, I still have no AC. "Oh, Must be a leak, then", he says. What the hell did I pay $300 dollars for. Just no good mechanics left anymore. Completely maddening. And all he does is tell me to bring it in on Wednesday. No. I think Ive seen the last of Artie.

Brian Wadler Used this shop because I did not know any shops in the area and they are a State Farm select shop. Thought that would mean quality work. Boy, was I wrong. While the car looked great when I picked it up, the alignment was completely off. When I brought it back, they told me that where the car was hit, it was impossible for the alignment to be affected (car was hit front left side). Even as a novice, I know that to be false, and they didnt even bother to have it checked. To boot, they were quite rude about it. (They begrudgingly got the alignment done). I spoke to the claims rep at State Farm, and they were shocked. Car still does not feel right, so i am having someone else look at it. ** edit - just found out from the second shop that my vehicle was returned to me in a condition that was unsafe to drive. All kinds of damage to the suspension and front end. I highly recommend that YOU DO NOT use this shop.

My most recent repair was a bumper replacement, and not only did they do top notch work, they cleaned my car out. I picked up my car and it looks brand new. These guys are awesome!
