Samantha Hansen We had been having issues with local mechanics being dishonest and over charging. A friend of ours told us about Pine Ridge so we gave them a call. They were extremely honest about what actually needed to be done to my vehicle and more than fair on their price. They also took the time to talk to us and answer every question we had. He has been restoring my 1991 Ford F150 XLT Lariat for the past four years and has been very honest with me about any major concerns. Lucas Misera Unfortunately, a deer jumped in front of my car on the highway and did a good amount of damage to my car. I am not from the area and needed some peace of mind that the damage was not so significant that I couldnt make it home through a 6 hour drive. The folks at this shop fit me into a busy Friday to take a look at the car. Didnt even try to charge me for taking a look, which feels above and beyond. Very grateful for these kind folks for helping me out.

They had to do a BIG body work job on my truck, they kept me in the loop with how far along the truck was, the staff is extremely friendly and full of knowledge. Hands down 5☆ !! Rob Osborne Brian must have been having a bad day. I was told to drop my car off for a Monday morning repair. At 4:30 PM, I went to pick it up and he was just getting started on it. To his dissatisfaction, I said, nicely, that I would wait around if he was going to be done that day. Apparently, this upset him and said he would fix it now, but not to return! It only took him 10 minutes to repair. He wouldnt even accept payment from me! Brian needs to learn customer etiquette. The first couple of visits I was happy with, but apparently he wasnt showing his true personality.

Paul Dykeman I recently needed a inspection and exhaust work done on my daughters car. I fully expected the bill to be at least 250$ got the bill it was only 95 and some change . That is the second time that has happened to me at that shop. It insent like I dont know anything . I just cant do my own work any more .I am saying I trust him and was so shocked that the bill was so fair , Again Brian thank you for being hornist . Paul Dykeman.

Mr Andrew Robertson Quick and friendly service, I have my inspections and oil changes done here regularly! They are very informative, will check your filters and tire pressure every visit! Never asked nore is it required but dont forget to tip! They are maintaining your means of transportation after all!
