Jup R I had my car serviced twice in the last few weeks and the service was great. Dave was friendly and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what my car needed. My 2014 Honda CRV drives like a new car! I was also leaving for vacation and got a nail in my tire. I brought my car to Dave at 2pm and he put on two new tires by 4pm. holly armstrong We were on our way to New Paltz to pick up our grandson from college. Just a little south of Boonville the right rear tire went flat…totally flat so we could not drive at all. The AAA Driver from Rensen was there to assist us in less than 30 minutes. He then took us to Maugeri’s Auto Repair. The service was sensitive to our need to get to NewPaltz as quick as we could because the dorm was closing. They ordered the spare tire quickly for us and mounted the tire as quick as possible. Kudos to the staff for their excellent and thoughtful service.

Jaden Jeswald My dad is a mechanic of 40 years and when my truck suddenly wouldn’t start while he was many miles and states away we both kind of panicked. (Me much more than him) Luckily I was able to get it towed to Maugeri’s and they were amazing and super helpful. It was a minor fix and in reality didn’t take much work to get started again. While they could have charged for having my truck for a few days and for taking a look at it at all, they didn’t. The owner Chris is a really great guy and his employees are great too. They’re super honest and he said he wouldn’t want his kid to be stuck in a situation like mine without help so it was no problem at all. I appreciated this so much and I know if I have any issues in the future I’d be in good hands here. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

A Anaup He was mean, cocky on the phone and quoted me 450$ + to do inner rod! Allignment not included. I have a small vehicle, not a big deisal. 7/8/25.

Isabella Moo In May, I brought my vehicle to Oriskany Garage while I was living in Utica, to have both the intake and exhaust VVT solenoids replaced. At the time, my husband was deployed in the Middle East, and I relied solely on this shop to handle the repair professionally and thoroughly. Just a few months later, I’m now living at Fort Drum, and the same issue has returned — the P0014 code is back, and I’m now experiencing additional serious problems: the engine shuts off while driving, there’s a loss of power, and the ABS system is malfunctioning. This is not only frustrating, but also unsafe. I’m now concerned about the reliability of the work performed, especially since the car is no longer safe to drive and I’m hours away. I trusted Oriskany Garage to do quality work with dependable parts, and I’m disappointed to be facing potentially costly and dangerous consequences for a repair I already paid for just a few months ago. I’m not writing this to be harsh, but to express my deep disappointment as a military spouse who relied on this service during a deployment, and in hopes that Oriskany Garage will take accountability and be willing to review the situation fairly. A willingness to stand behind their work — especially when it affects customer safety — would be appreciated and go a long way toward restoring confidence.

Lillian Greybeck Easy to set up oil change. When I called I felt my car was running a bit rough, after a 4.5 day 2700 mile trip. Price is on par for a full synthetic. I was able to ask for the state inspection when I got there, since I forgot to call and ask after I had set up my oil change. Super easy and they got me all taken care of. Ive never not used a Mazda shop, except for body work. I will absolutely continue coming here for everything my car needs. I was a waiter and it took right about an hour, which is "express lube" times for me. I also just moved from the other side of the country and these peeps have set me at ease knowing I have a very reliable place for vehicle service. This was for a 2015 Mazda 3 2.5i

Yakult Man Towing fee was way too high. I would rather wait until the morning for a reputable company to tow my car.

Meaghan Greenway I got stuck in my driveway at almost 2 o clock in the morning with the entirety of my car in the road. After many attempts to get my car out of the snow and unstuck, Mikale, showed up with his truck offering to help. He towed us out of my driveway and i was able to park correctly. He helped so much and was incredibly kind, id probably still be stuck as Im writing this if it werent for him. Thank you

Nedra Isenberg My husband had a rear axle snap on his Model T and they came and figured out a way to get it on the flatbed and take it to our house and get it into our garage. Very friendly and took extra care to get everything done safely.

Ashley Ellsworth Horrible experience! My vehicle got towed there after being crashed into, and they took there sweet time to make profits off my insurance company. Ive called them many times asking them what was going on with my vehicle since the accident, and got no answers.. just oh, well get to it. Poor communication. Very unprofessional. My vehicle sat there for nine days with no answers for me. I just wanted my vehicle out of this place so I asked for it to be towed, and they charged me out of pocket $400.00 for a tow from Oriskany Blvd in Utica to York Street in Utica... while collecting the money from my insurance company. Just awful! The tow guy Dave is nice, but the rest are something else.

Jonathan Hamoy I brought my car for a smoke test a few months ago for an evap leak code I was getting on my car. And they did the test and said they didn’t detect any leaks. Well the code was still there. I brought it somewheres else shortly after, and they found a noticeable crack in the filler neck vent line. I called the owner to try to get a refund or some kind of credit. They did not want to work anything out with me besides bringing it back in to further inspect. At that point there was nothing else to inspect , why would I pay for more labor time to inspect when the leak wasn’t even found?. Seems like the test wasn’t performed, and they weren’t willing to work anything out. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Vedo B WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Overfilled my engine by 3 quarts of oil, engine jumped timing because of it. Engine is a cylinder, he charged me 80 dollars for regular oil. Would absolutely never recommend to anyone. When i went back to the shop and i told him my oil was 3 quarts overfilled he shrugged his soldiers and said "it wasnt me". Stay away if you want your car fixed.

Marissa Bailey I highly recommend NOT using this company. They charged me $250 to tow my car 3 miles. If theyre charging that for a tow, I cant even begin to imagine how jacked up the rest of their prices are. There are many other reputable shops in the area that are not money hungry and arent hanging out in the back pocket of the local police.

Melissa Milham-Wilkosz Drinas is the best for all of my vehicle needs. We have both of our vehicles serviced there for routine maintenance and any and all repairs. They are the best garage by far. They are knowledgeable, honest, quick and know what they are doing. I wouldnt take my vehicles any other place.

Donald L Limped in to MM&B with unfixable flat. We were over 100 miles from home. Manager was most friendly and got my car in almost immediately. Ended up buying 2 new tires, which I knew i needed, at a very reasonable out-the-door price. I wish I took down the name of the gentleman who took care of me and the young lady at the desk. Both very friendly and personable. In & out in under an hour! I liked there was no attempt to up-sell. I’d recommend this place

Amy Pyristy Fox We experienced on flat tire on the thruway on our way Watertown on Wednesday. Road side assistance recommended your shop to have our tire fixed. I am glad they did. Upon entering we were greeted promptly, explained our situation and was told they will fix the tire if possible if not will replace. On inspection the were able to repair the tire quickly and returned our spare were it goes and sent us on our way. Thank you to the 3 employees for fast prompt service so we could make it to our sons lacrosse game in Watertown.. You are the best..

Samantha McDonough I had a great experience here and with Frank. My car overheated on my way home from work while driving on the Arterial after 5pm. We scrambled to find a place that was near by where I could drop it off. Even though they were closed, they answered the phone, let me drop it off and waited to close up until after my ride could pick me up (almost 6 by then). They were knowledgeable in what was wrong and were fair in price. I will definitely utilize this shop in the future!

Braeden C They do amazing body work here and have done everything perfectly everytime I have needed maintenance or had issues with my cars. In 15 years I haven’t been let down once, this is the best mechanic shop in probably a 100 mile radius, they are fair and honest and give great pricing

Jasko Kendic DNA On erie is great the head mechanic there Dave he is official nice guy and knows his BODY WORK to a T he doesn’t play around gets it in and out looking brand new !! I took my insurance claims here I’ve taken my car here just to get done and he paints like a son of a gun I’m having him do my motorcycle next month he’s the reason people come back I promise !!!!
