5 /5 Jedlyn Tordecilla: I had the best experience. I had a manicure and pedicure (not pictured) because I have my shoes on now. Both ladies were amazing. I recall Jenny, who did my manicure, and the work speaks for itself. I plan to return. I did a Lavendar Spa and enjoyed it as well. The whole experience was well worth what I paid after a long hard day at work. Thank you!!

1 /5 Sindhu Srinivas: There is a lot of issue with communication, I was disappointed with the service. I basically have one nail which is way shorter then the others because they refuse to add extension since it was a refill. It way too expensive for a service I didn’t even like. My cuticles were ripped off and did not even wait until it stopped bleeding to start painting my nails. $90 for this including tips

1 /5 Moscow Newyork: I was coming here for years for waxing and last 2 times they did an awful job. They have burned me, ruined my brows (right before my job at NY fashion week) and I was suffering from ingrown hair on my legs. I have never had these issues before. They have hired new unexperienced staff. DO NOT GO! You’ll pay more for fixing their job and doctors. PS When I complained they yelled at me and showed me the door out. Unacceptable in general and specifically for this neighborhood!

1 /5 Reb: WOW- bad quality !!!! Last time I will come. Used to be my regular spot. They RUSH the hell out of you, and do not do a good job. Look how bad my nails look, and my poor cuticles! And my nail chipped already!! Yikes. I went yesterday… Sunday after Thanksgiving, salon was empty… why are you rushing? Reeeelax!! Take some pride in your work. You’re not a cheap salon. I chose dark dark red.. they gave me bright red instead. During dip process kept telling me it would get darker. Dismissing me… nah! Only time they were attentive was when I was tipping! $70 plus tip for this mess. I’ll be updating this review the next few weeks with better places to go nearby. Don’t waste your money ladies!
