5 /5 Elisabeth Stratford: I want to start by saying I dont normally post reviews and no one asked me to do this. If you are contemplating making an appointment with this office, this is worth the read.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Adirondack Orthodontics, especially this office in Glens Falls. I had braces when I was younger, but due to not wearing my retainers and thumb sucking, opted to get Invisalign as an adult. I went to an orthodontist closer to me (Plattsburgh) and they did not think my open bite could be fixed. I decided to drive 2.5 hours Glens Falls, and I am SO glad I did. Not only did they fix my open bite and perfect my teeth in a year and a half, but they are incredibly flexible and accommodating. They will communicate via texting, email, or phone calls- whichever you prefer. Instead of making me drive in to check my progress, they would allow me to send photos via text. Every time I walked in they asked about my baby, how my drive was, etc. They took the time to get to know me and remembered me. Invisalign is not cheap and the drive was not easy for me, but I always looked forward to my appointments because of the staff at this location. Just love those girls and am so grateful for this million dollar smile I never thought I would have again.
Id give them 10000 stars if I could. Thank you for being so accommodating, getting me in last minute, and checking in on me continuously between appointments. Its evident that they truly care about their patients, beyond their teeth!
**I was literally able to stick my entire tongue between my top and bottom teeth due to a HUGE open bite. The first orthodontist I saw said there was no way my teeth would ever be able to be fixed with Invisalign. The doctors at Adirondack Orthodontics proved them otherwise! This was worth every single penny.
