Hannah: Had Diana for the first time yesterday. She was very kind and made sure I was happy with my nails every step of the way. She was very sweet and made me laugh a lot! They also have a wide variety of colors to choose from which is great!
Kate Zakrzewski: I had a great manicure with Jess! Shes very sweet and nice to talk with. She was very gentle with my nails and took care in preparing them. The polish is beautiful and my nails look great!
Adrian Aponte: Me and my bestie got our nails done by Hoang and he was amazing of course, lots of laughs and we ate like 2 of his timbits he offered us since hes an angellllll. But yeah this was my first time getting my nails done with actual color and this was my friends first time getting acrylics. Our prom is on the 26th so glad we stopped by!
Hazal Bannach: I’ve been to here twice, and both times were disappointing.
First Visit:
I booked an appointment a month in advance for my vacation and paid a deposit. The salon rescheduled me three times at the last minute. When I finally got there, I had to wait 15 minutes for them to open the store. The service was okay.
Second Visit:
I went back to get my gel nail polish removed. I had to wait 30 minutes because they overbooked. They only removed the polish from my hands and reapply a simple gel polish, but refused to clean my toes, saying they had another client coming. I didn’t even get an apology for the wait or the incomplete service.
Overall:
While their work is decent, their booking system and customer service need serious improvement. They also need to clean their tools properly. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
Ashley No: Made an appointment on a Sunday evening, which was already accommodating enough for me to appreciate their services. Very knowledgeable guy, made sure I was aware of all the color options and that I was getting what I wanted. He was very nice and I’m happy with my gel manicure and my experience as a whole.
Kelly Camacho: I used to go to Luss in the Niagara falls boulevard but they get so many customers that it always takes several hours and the prices are high. They give out free drinks but not consistently. I liked JJ Nails, it was super easy to make an appointment, I got in and got out in under an hour. Quiet & clean atmosphere. Prices are great.
Felicia Jones: If I could leave a 0 star review trust and believe I would. Price gauging is real !! I used to pay 25/30 for my nails . Not only was my nails 60( 50 plus 20 % for gratuity) ALL MY NAILS ARE BREAKING OFF. I literally just had them done 06/22/2023 these pictures are taken a week apart on the date of 06/29/2023. Please don’t waste your money here. And I would like to mention all of the nails broke exactly at the part you glue the nail tip on. I don’t do any extensive work AT ALL. Majority broke completing simple task like opening the door, showering and washing dishes.
Jessica Vaccaro: I made an appointment for the first time today. I was a solid 30 minutes early (snow-didn’t want to be late) and they took me immediately. Everyone was super nice. Alex did my nails, and they really are perfection! I came in with a photo and they are identical to what I asked for. He not only took his time, but the attention to detail he has is amazing. Will definitely be coming back!
Katie Z: After some not so great experiences at other nail spots around town I’m so glad to have come across Nadine in the Buffalo Beauty Lounge. She is very experienced and did a great job on this Christmas set. Her salon is cozy and private, a nice and relaxing setting compared to big salons with multiple clients getting services at the same time. Appointments are easy to book online. Highly recommend!
