Everyone involved was amazing. Everyone. The Dr spoke with me a few mins after the procedure. He didn’t make me wait and he was very pleasant. He did tell me that I did great with my prep… 9 out of 9 . Gold star for me ! Id recommend him and his office staff any day, all day long. 5 /5 Vincent Furia: Very professional Doctor. He did my Bi-Lateral Inguinal Hernias at UMMC and has done three colonoscopies. The Nurses and Anesthesiologists have also been very professional and polite during these procedures. He found an issue in my Small to Large Intestines and is currently treating me for that. I go back in December 2022 for a follow-up colonoscopy and anticipate being treated by him again. I highly recommend Dr. Zucchiatti for any General Surgery.

The surgery took place without any complications and the experience in general was very good. Would absolutely go back to Dr. Zucchiatti in the future.

Dani Hopson: Hi! I hope you are reading this review so that way you know not to come here if you have the choice. I came here on August 3rd at around 8:30. I rolled my ankle really badly and didn’t know if it was a fracture, broken, or sprained. When I got there, they checked me in and the receptionist’s were really nice to me which I appreciate. Now, I know it’s a hospital, specifically it’s an ER that I went to. I know there is other patients there and things can be backed up and there also may not be a lot of doctors, nurses, and etc there. They did inform me that getting a X-ray may take long because they are backed up. But as soon as I got checked in, they took me for an X-ray. Here’s the bad part of my experience. It took them three hours to tell me I just had a sprain. I kept getting passed off to different people throughout those three hours. Also, I’m young. I’m 18, so I really do get it that there is other people to attend to. But three hours? Not only did I get passed on to 4 different people, me and my partner saw those same 4 different people walking around in the halls, talking, eating, being on their phones. That is really upsetting and kinda unprofessional. Every single time I saw someone, they asked me “You haven’t gotten your results yet?” Obviously not if I’m still sitting here in a wheelchair at 11 at night. The last person who saw us had finally told me my results. But unfortunately, she had an attitude when my partner had asked why I kept getting passed on. That’s unprofessional. We got out at 11:30ish. I also saw another review saying to never come at night which I 100% agree with. It really wouldn’t have been a problem if it was an hour or an hour and a half but, three hours?? That’s ridiculous. The entire time I felt like I was overlooked and wasn’t important. I may have not been dying, but I was in a lot of pain. I will never ever consider about coming here and I hope you consider the same thing.

Marcus Ce: My wifes first doctor in the USA therefore we needed more time. Dr Tsushiya told us she only had 5 minutes but we got 10 minutes. Terrible disposition: we learn later this office is about 75% interns not full doctors. This means you will be lucky to see this intern again. The comfort of seeing a doctor who is familiar with your condition is doubtful. She billed our insurance 45-59 mins about $500 for 10 minutes. I do not recommend this office, better a normal office!

Michael Sainz: This is the worst office you can go to. My family has been trying to continue to go with this office for years. In numerous occasion their phones never work there staff is always talking and never near the phones I have had appts at their earliest slot and I still wait over 30mins to 1 hour to be seen. I always have to explain to work or school why the appt was so long and I’m normally seen for 5-10mins max. This is a poor example of a clinical family practice. This is the last straw with this practice I’m going to be finding a new PCP they are by far the worst clinic you can find in Hollister and in general.

F C: Lunch at 11I guess after walking up the stairs they have signs that lab is upstairs they should add closing to the paper especially for pregnant women walking up there got there at 10:45 opened the door and with the snarkiest voice hear “ohhh we’re closed” girl paper says 11 do your job.
