2 /5 Jessica Brown: While my nails turned out great, the time leading up to the appointment and the experience was not great.
I called a week prior to this past Sunday to make an appt for my mother , my daughter, and I to get mani/pedi. I spoke with a lady who said 11am should work.
When we get there at 1055am, I tell the owner ( who is doing a manicure ) that we have appointments and he says it will be 10-15 minutes.
Well 40 minutes goes by and we still havent been taken back yet. Mind you, my daugher is 3.5 and keeping her occupied is hard for that long.
So we plan to leave by 1145 am if we arent called back yet. Then we get called back and my mother in law tells the owner that we waited a long time and had appointments, whats their process and the owner tells my mother in law that they dont take appointments on Sundays ....like WHAT!
That makes no sense since the lady I spoke with on the phone clearly made me one. They never apologized for the inconvenience and honeslty I felt brushed off and disregarded for the mistake they made.
So because of this nonchalant behavior and disregard I wouldnt go back. Other than that, our nails turned out good.
