1 /5 Keep the FAITH: My family used this church for our moms memorial. The pastor seemed so nice yet since the service my sister and I haven’t been able to get a hold of her. We have been waiting for her reply with the link for the video of memorial and the picture video the church made. She touted that she was there for the whole family. It has been 5 weeks since the memorial and the pastor still hasn’t even answered me or my other sister. We have both emailed her several times and got no reply. I have an email from her just days before telling me how much I’ll love the picture video, and that she would send me the link after it was over. several siblings didn’t make it to our mom’s memorial. We also sent in 44 pictures to add to video and our brother said that none of our pics were used.
It’s hard enough to lose your mom. What kind of pastor says they’re here for us but now that it’s over she won’t even email us back? Not even a courtesy reply to us. My other sister paid for the memorial so I’m guessing only she received the link. unfortunately, that sister is estranged from most of the family so we have no way of getting the videos and pics without going through Pastor Kelly.
How could pastor Kelly just leave us hanging at such a difficult time for a family. I cannot recommend this church. I’m heartbroken that pastor Kelly Warren didn’t follow through after she promised to send me and my siblings the link. We are supposed to be able to trust the church. Sad times in America.
