1 /5 Nicole Basso: Dr. Cherry office is the worst! Prior to making the appointment in July, they verified they were in network with my insurance. I got a bill for 182 dollars in December. (With a hand written note to pay quickly to avoid finance charges) Long story short, their contract with my insurance wasn’t approved until August. It’s not a big deal, but the way Dr. Cherry spoke to me on the phone was ridiculous. She kept saying because Im not in network, I am responsible. She said I don’t know why your last dentists haven’t charged you in the past. I explained to her that I spoke with my insurance and they investigated when contract actually approved. Never once did she acknowledge that her office made a mistake. She continued to double down and say I also owe 50 dollars because I didn’t meet a deductible. I HAVE NEVER PAID A DOLLAR for dental cleanings because I always go in network! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And honestly the cleaning wasn’t so great.
