5 /5 William Shum: March 10, 2025 I was seen last week by Marisa Ramirez, AuD, for a hearing test and Dr. Nicholas the following day to determine the root cause of my hearing loss, which had been trending downward for the last couple of weeks. I received a thorough evaluation and prognosis. Communication among the clinicians, from my first ENT from a different hospital to the current team to Marisa, is outstanding. They have taken a team approach to a treatment plan to another level. Lets not forget the supporting staff, Howard, who warmly greeted me and got me ready to see the doctor.
