Michael Ortega: A friend of mine recommended this place and Im glad he did. This place is very clean and the workers are very helpful. Victor was the gentleman who worked on my car and I didnt know what to expect but overall it was above and beyond the service that I received. The price was a lot lower than what I thought I was going to pay. The gentleman who helped me when I went the next day whose name is Frank was super courteous and helpful and took his time to explain the situation. Thank you to both of these gentlemen. juruby nunez: If you are going to bring your car, try your best to stay next to your car. These people likes to steal car pieces. Don’t trust them and they overcharge you for a job that doesn’t even cost that much. They take advantage of people they send you to the office to pay stuff or to go pick something up and that’s when they take advantage to steal stuff from your car or send you to a waiting area that way you can’t be next to your car or see what they doing and they starts working on your car than he goes to the next car then to the next car and they leave you for last when you are one that was there first one then they get mad when you let them know that you gotta go very unprofessional don’t know how to communicate and they speak about the people that go to fix they car there like if they doing it for free the first time I went to change my brakes. The guy stole my brakes and he put old ones and kept the new ones.

Colleen Barber: I am giving Scott a 3-star rating for lack of communication when it came to the pricing of my car. So, I recently brought my car to the shop for an engine light check. Later on, I was told that I would need a smoke test to determine whats going on with my engine. So, no problem, I paid for it. Comes back that I have multiple codes under misfires and I would also need two pieces added to my car. After showing me on paper the price to cover the misfires and parts added I agreed to it. When I returned to pick up my car Scott let me know that the price he showed me will only cover for the 2 parts added, the labor for the 2 parts added and fixing of only 4 codes out of the 8 from the misfires. He did not share that it would not cover the remaining misfires. He shared that it would be an additional $300 just to take my engine apart and look. Once the engine is apart then he would be able to share with me what the additional cost would be to fix the other codes from the misfires. My major issue with this is the lack of communication because it was half done job. Scott did in fact share that I could bring my car back so they can finish the job. Absolutely not!!!! What would have made more sense is if all codes were taking care of for the price that I paid for. On a positive note, Scott was very patient when talking so Ill give him that but as far as the communication, it could be better. Way overpriced for a half job to be done.
