I stumbled upon this shop with glowing reviews and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The customer service was outstanding and I felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands. I shared my concerns about mechanics trying to find additional problems to bring in more business, but they put my worries to rest with a courtesy diagnosis. They found a low transmission fluid issue and a small leak, which they promptly fixed. The level of trust they provided has earned them my business as my go-to mechanic. 5 /5 Mahasen Moukadem: I found this place while I was googling an issue my 2020 Mercedes Benz GLE was having where it would not turn on. I was skeptical at first because it’s hard to find a good mechanic especially one that knows their way around foreign cars. When I called they immediately said I could bring my vehicle in. When I arrived the staff was extremely friendly and I immediately felt at ease. It felt like a family environment. I saw the lot was full which showed me other people in the community entrust their vehicles to this business which also supported my feelings of being able to trust them. They assured me they would find out why my car wasn’t starting and would get back to me. They called the following afternoon and confirmed my starter wasn’t working. They quoted me a price which was reasonable and gave me a date of completion. The following day I was told my car was ready for pick up. It’s been about a month and the car is running great! I have zero complaints. I highly recommend this business and will be bringing my vehicle here going forward for any service needs.
