Specifically, Jakub worked with the other driver’s insurance to expedite getting my car repaired and ensuring it was done in the time I was allotted a rental for. When I got my car back it was beautiful, better than before it was hit. Jakub’s attention to detail is impeccable. I have used other shops in the past and I can say that CarPoint’s service far surpasses others. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the whole process.
