1 /5 Krystal Jiles: I have been coming to this PCP for a quite a bit. The Receptionist and a few of the Medical Assistants are pleasant. Dr. Patel on the other hand has become a bit unprofessional and quite confrontational. I admit that I dont keep up with appointments that are scheduled but her being combative and making remarks about being a foster parent and suggesting that I send kids back in the system is not only a concern of hers but is was distateful, very unprofessional and completely out of her field. I had a telehealth appointment with her to ask her why would she prescribe valsartan that was recalled but that telehealth did not happen. Yet, I see on the healow portal that the she the visit happened and thats not good.

1 /5 Katilia Ayala: This is the most horrible doctor she is very unprofessional. Today I went to the office to retrieve some paperwork I’m always very polite to everyone in the office and the doctor for no reason was very rude and mean to me she yelled at me in the waiting room only because I asked for some paperwork that I needed. I will be changing my PCP provider immediately please do your research before going to this doctor because she doesn’t care about your health she needs to learn how to treat her patients with more respect. I give her 0 stars.

1 /5 Ammar Ali: After walking and spending an hour and a half, I was told they forgot to register me. After deciding to leave, they call me and apologized, scheduled and appointment and promised to not wait next time. I come in, wait for 40 minutes, and when I ask when I can see the doctor, I’m told in an hour an a half and there’s nothing they can do about. No system, no reception professionalism, and no customer care. Bad experience

4 /5 Soils Minor: I Live the doctor a lot. service is good. She is sweet. BUT After your appointment they automatically create more appointments on your behalf even if you dont request them. And for the rest of your life you have to call in to cancel these appointments that are emailed and voicemail to you. its annoying! I even told them I am moving to Japan just to get it to stop and 3 weeks later I got emailed to confirm another appointment.

1 /5 Les: If you value your time DO NOT go to this place. Your appointment time is meaningless here. I had a 1pm appointment and did not get seen by the doctor til around 245pm. The waiting room was beyond full and it was evident that they book as many appointments as they can in one day. I have given this place multiple opportunities to get organized and respect my time but after three years of being a patient here I have seen no improvement (if anything, its worsened). I will be looking for another PCP and I suggest you do the same. Maybe once they see a decline in patients will they then begin to value us and improve their services.
