5 /5 Jeff Baird: I had a small accident, and when I called my agent she told me that Chris Automotive was in their preferred plan, so they would take care of everything. Boy did they! Before I was even home from the accident they called to tell me that I was all set up to come in to have it looked at. They took care of all dealings with the insurance company. They even had the rental company meet me there with the replacement. I didnt have to do anything, and my well-used car looks brand new. Toni and the rest are amazing!
