1 /5 Brandon Hewitt: Well if someone needs help they should go to the neighborhood center on West St. Church and community only serve who the feel the need too. I know people that live on two town lines at the same address just different units, but they will only help one family and not the other. How is it right that they only help who they feel the need to help instead of helping all in need.
