1 /5 Heiley Rodriguez: Very very inconsiderate and unprofessional, I was a loyal patient here for over 7-8 years and made the mistake to recommend several other people to visit this dentist , after such terrible treatment I am literally in shock. I was given a card with one appointment date months back , as the appointment was approaching I found it weird that I had not gotten a call to confirm, so I go ahead and call and they tell me that the appointment was not on file for that date and that I actually had one in the system for another date ( meanwhile during this phone call I am looking at the card that their receptionist wrote and handed to me) , Even though I had already taken the time off of work , I said ok no problem mistakes can happen. They reschedule me almost 2 months later (no exception and absolutely no curtesy for their own mistake , just a condescending attitude from the receptionist ) They then call me right before the 2nd appointment and reschedule me again!!!! At this point I truthfully do not think they realize that people have jobs and responsibilities to attend to. My rescheduled appointment was finally for Monday 8/19, In total I received 3 text messages and 2 voicemails confirming the appointment - I responded YES as instructed in the text to confirm that I would attend. I AGAIN took time off work to attend to the appointment, when I arrived, I find that the office is fully closed, gates are all locked and there was just a few other very confused and upset patients standing outside. So BEYOND disrespectful to people’s time, I hope the dentist is aware that this is how her staff treats the scheduled patients just so that they can go home early. I have never experienced something so unprofessional and just wrong in a medical setting. I used to make appointments for Saturdays because my work and school schedules are so intense and one day I was called to reschedule my last Saturday appointment and told that "Saturdays are only going to be for more important appointments and with other insurances," I guess that here they feel if you have Medicaid you should be treated differently. Considering where the office is located, I would hate to think that they plan to discriminate against all those that have Medicaid when it makes up over 95% of the population in the area and their business. Medicaid or not , a human is a human and is still deserving of respect.
