4 /5 Joann Tompkins: Took care of brakes new rotors cleaned calipers, front end suspension upper arms, steering shafts replacement, a resonator for the exhaust ,Abs wheel speed sensor replacement, and an alignment, LeAnn, and Jason the mechanic answered all my questions about the parts and the repairs that made my 2011 Ford f 150 XLT back to a safe serviable sound truck. 2 /5 Erica Cade: Definitely not the best service!!!! Waited on parts for 5-6 weeks, wrong part delivered originally, ended up paying out of pocket for a rental because insurance only covered 30 days. This part is understandable, we get that it takes time for parts to come in. We were told the car was done and to come pick up at 3pm. We ended up sitting in the parking lot for over 2 hours (after closing) with a 6 mo old baby in the car as I watched them put my car on the lift and piece it together... why was I told it was done?!?! By far the worst part, my car smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, as did their entire office. If you want to smoke inside your business, okay, do what you want. But in and around customers vehicles? Come on!! Its taken weeks of airing my car out and it still smells. This is our family vehicle that 3 children ride in daily!!!!! On top of all this... my check engine light came on a few days after FINALLY getting my car back and Cobleskill Collision told us it had nothing to do with the repairs, and referred us to Chevy. Weve had vehicles repaired here before without issue. This time, Im not a happy customer!!! Wont be seeing our business there again...

1 /5 Linda Gagliardi: Zero stars. Made an appointment for a simple RV inspection a week in advance. When I arrive there wasn’t a sole to be found. After shouting “Hello” several times , a gentleman came from the back and said no one is here to do the inspection. The owner was on his way to pick up a camper and the office worker took the afternoon off. He suggested I call the business number and with that I was told “let me call lance and call you right back. So here I am waiting and left because no ever called me back. Lack of respect for their customers time, inconsiderate and blatant disregard in every way. Apparently, they don’t care, assume responsibility or need your business. Move on people. WHB AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION awesome
