1 /5 Patrick Kelly: Was the very first visit of the day, and no one was "available" to see me for fifteen minutes, even though I could hear the provider talking about personal chit-chat with coworkers. Really shows where the priorities are.

1 /5 Theodore Perrin: They are double booked here due to being short staffed. If you arrive 10 mins late they will not see you and push for reschedule to ease the double booking pressure they are experiencing. Bad experience for me, not knowing this policy, and unfortunately arriving 10mins late after waiting months for my appointment.

Michael Theriault: I have been seeing him for over a decade and he has helped me change my life as well as many others as well as my late mother. Dr. Frank listens to you without judgment and I am so grateful for his help as well as Citizens Advocates. I used to be addicted to lots of things and even got arrested. It took alot of ups and the extreme downs to finally make me want to get help. After five pus years of lots of hard work including inpatient rehab in Bradford PA as well as outpatient I have graduated off the Suboxone program with the help of the Sublockade monthly shot. It helped me get out of the habit of taking a med all the time to feel "normal". A bonus I found out is that when you decide when your last dose will be then you dont withdrawal because of its slow release mechanism. My fight with my addiction continues to this day but with the tools I learned and Dr. Frank helping me manage my mental health I am doing much better and enjoy every day of my life. Anyways thank you Citizens Advocates and a huge thank you and five stars to Dr. Josh Frank!

Dan Maye: Saddened to learn that they have discharged me from their care . I publicly voiced my opinion about their billing practices as well as their treatment . Apparently one us not allowed to voice an opinion when you are over billed .4 continuous years of problems I had with their billing practices .The best thing about it is now they have one less patient that they can no longer overcharge .Patrice McMahon is in charge of all the billing . She doesnt have a clue and shes a V. P . They had to send their billing elsewhere because it was so screwed up . praise the lord I am no longer attending this place !!!!!!!

David Huckans: Director Headwell is not transparent with weekly meetings and communication with the public. A group of concerned citizens have been asking for a meeting in person or through Zoom to talk about High School sports. The director only answers emails sporadically and doesnt appear to be aware of local activities and or the needs of the citizens she serves. Im curious how long it will take for her to read and reply to this post? We will see.

patrice mcmahon: This office changed to Family Practice. They have 4 great providers and office staff who are efficient and pleasant. I recently moved my care there since it was closer. I have been happy with the results. Good job.
