The pastor and staff draw ones attention to the consequences and obligations of being a Christian: he challenges. This is a place that has a mission to serve the poor, the destitute, those without a home. Stewardship to the most vulnerable is the hallmark of this place. The churchs warming center keeps people alive by feeding them and giving them a place to lie down at night without freezing solid. There are many ways for you to connect with this community, and all your interests and skills or needs or gifts can find a place here. This is a place of Grace. Peace be with you.

5 /5 Brad Tifft: I have so much respect for everyone at Cornerstown Church. Hospitality and advocacy for those who are less fortunate. Always going above and beyond to protect, assist, and provide. Offering dignity and compassion to everyone that enters.

5 /5 Gary Cagwin: Beth P response , Im thinking there might be legitimate reasons there has been no reply ! I for one always reply in a timely manner to all phone calls, texts ,e-mails etc, It is the courteous and polite thing to do. Just leave a message that you want to donate time and or money and i will bet you hear back !! Thats what im doing and also praying for this very important ministry .

5 /5 Craig Blask: If you dont think of yourself the fancy church type, or church type at all, but feel called to love and serve those Jesus tells us to, this is a place worth checking out. Pastor Mike is great at connecting the dots from scripture to application in everyday life. If you are looking to have spiritual smoke blown up your butt with a feel good message, hopefully this review can save you some time. But if doing things is as important to you as saying things, all aboard. Worst case, you are out 90 minutes on a Sunday morning that you probably were not using that well anyway. I wasnt :)

1 /5 Beth P: ** UPDATE BELOW** Im very appreciative that this place exists to help the homeless population. Im glad they are bringing attention to the issue. I hope they will continue to benefit them. However ..... I am not happy with the lack of correspondence to attempts at contacting the pastor. Ive tried for over a week to get in touch with him for various reasons, and Facebook messages, emails, and 3rd party attempts have gone unanswered. Ive been wanting to learn how I can help, volunteer, donate items, fundraise, and write to officials. I had appliances to donate and an item for a fundraiser if that were to happen, and am really disappointed that they do not respond .... at all. I hope they can learn to do better. Soon. ** UPDATE** They turned away someone I know in 43 degree pouring rain. I posted a negative Facebook review and was blocked by the church - so much for Christian. This man has lost all hope and pray he freezes to death soon so he doesnt suffer anymore. The church was able to stop him from feeling this way and they turned him away.
