Cutting Crew Hair Salon Oswego - Oswego (NY)

1 /5 Kate Brown: I have been coming here for years and never had a problem until yesterday. I got an entire botched cut and experience and I’m so embarrassed to leave the house with this hair. It looks like I got a kids super cuts cut and I just want to cry. It’s so short that my only option to “fix” is a pixie cut but that’s not an option. The layers are terribly uneven and the bangs were just chopped in a whole section way too big that also couldn’t be fixed. The boss did come over and “fix” them but by that point I knew there was no fixing what she did and I just wanted to leave before I busted into tears in the middle of the salon. I will post pictures to show what I ended up with. Unfortunately I don’t trust to go back to this salon now and have to find elsewhere to go especially to get this mess fixed. I got this cut because we have a very public event tomorrow to show up to and now I’m so embarrassed of this hair I don’t think I can even show my face.
