Jamie M: This review is specifically for the ophthalmology department. Everyone from the woman on the phone who scheduled my appointment, to the tech, to the doctor was unbelievably condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I have never been in a medical practice where everyone interrogated me & asked the same question repeatedly, almost as if they felt I was making up the issue I was seen for. They even went as far as to make snide remarks about and belittle the doctor who had referred me there!
I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen.. But they sure were quick to collect that copay in the waiting room beforehand.
All around just an awful & unwelcoming practice.
Richard Ness: Im a bit surprised to see all the negative reviews here. Maybe Ive just been lucky, but I dont think so. All of the providers Ive seen here have been very competent. Hani Khalil, NP, has been great. The main reason for the review is that every time I call, I seem to get Alice. Shes so nice and helpful. Always cheerful, not some burned out dour reception / admin assistant. Thanks Alice, keep up the good work.
Vicki Bendetti: Dawn was the best! Extremely helpful figuring out how she could assist me! She was knowledgeable, patient and very kind! I wish there were more people out there like her!
Stephanie Cservak: He explained everything from the beginning! We seen him before surgery, right after, and again before we left the hospital! He is kind and compassionate. My daughter had a wonderful experience for her tonsillectomy and adnoidectomy so thank you for that!
christine cihi: The only down side is my mom’s roommate stole her food off her tray when she wasn’t done and it makes me worried about her stealing other things. Other wise they are amazing people who are always short staff and go above and beyond in tough situations. Thank god for nurses!!!!
Kim Nota: Have been seeing Dr. Borress for years. Nicest dr and knows his stuff. Had to see another dr in the group due to scheduling problems. Never again! Dr. Borress is the best.
•Tasha•: My daughter had her first appointment. She did well. It was time to see Dr Hugh. He was informative, but when I asked a question, he became very defensive or annoyed. I’m not a doctor. I thought asking questions is okay, especially for a 9 year old That’s not capable of advocating for herself. Just not really inviting and will find someone else. I will say the tech or nurse that did her allergy test, was awesome.
