I work in multiple industries and run very professional operations. All are founded on honesty, integrity, accountability and perseverance and all professionals I deal with are treated with the greatest respect and appreciation and in return expect the same.
Unfortunately at this dental practice this clearly is not the case and the uncertainties and lack of respect start top down beginning with in this case, the dentist whose staff is directed by him and accountable to his standards and directions.
I have been dealing with this practice for five years and during this time have had an excellent relationship with Dr. Lee. He has dealt with me personally and professionally and requested certain definitive actions by me which I have followed precisely, accurately and professionally.
My total round trip distance to go to his office is almost sixty miles through towns and back roads.
Not once but twice, I returned to meet with him as per his directive but was not treated either friendly or respectfully by his staff. Additionally when relaying why I was at the office as per the dentists request, he never either personally spoke or met with me and intentionally made sure to avoid seeing me, even though each time I had carved out over two hours of my day to make his visit my priority.
Today he saw me while with a patient and after I introduced myself to a front desk woman, sat and waited in silence until he finished with the patient which was in less than five minutes.
Instead of speaking personally with me or personally requesting another return time to meet, his staff told me he couldnt meet and he had changed direction in the area of our five year business relationship. None of his help could know the technical reasons behind his decision so I professionally requested one minute of his time to find out why he had changed what he told me and requested at our last private face to face meeting.
Now after my second wasted trip and over two hours of my business day, I have decided to share my experience with others who may deal with the practice on a business or commercial level, just what appropriating resources of man power, time and capital, what you may be in for.
Staff has changed frequently and treated me very cold and unhelpful.
To those who may deal with this practice in a similar capacity, think twice before you make the move since you may not know what youre getting yourself or company into.
To those involved in doing business with dental practices and to potential patients who care how you are treated: THINK TWICE SINCE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
This is an honest and truthful review.
