5 /5 Lynne McCrann: Dr Parsons has been our dentist for 6 years. We think hes awesome, thoughtful, sensitive to scardy cats like me!!, and conservative in his practice. If he can save a tooth I think he will. His office staff are very nice. The office is very tastefully appointed...no frills. Easy to find. Special Note: Very responsive to after hours urgent calls. I recently had to call on a Saturday morning. He answered. I was all set within an hour.

1 /5 kelly baldwin: Been away from this office more than a few years..moved back to the area, always had a good pt/ Dr. relationship with Dr. Parsons and Staff...but he is now going into retirement..the now practicing Dentist Dr. Kathryn Strassner taken over a well established office, was completely, utterly rude aggressive and non care individual, who was more about given referrals than actually seeing anything she good do for my Wisdom tooth situation..(alas got the job done with Aspen Dental with a caring staff) would not recommend the practice unless you prefer an inexperienced, poor bedside manner Dentist who does not listen or care. I hope that Dr. Parsons enjoys his next chapter.

5 /5 roger rath: I’ve been a patient of this dental practice since I moved here 3 years ago. I’ve had some very complex dental issues that needed special attention and Dr. Strassner and staff have very willingly and professionally handled my problems and did so with kindness and care. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the Strassner community and I actually look forward to my visits. I can’t think of a better place to be in the company of such lovely ladies who actually know what they are doing. And my teeth are beautiful and happy as well.

1 /5 Denne Gonzalez: First of all…… rude, inconsiderate, doesn’t care about anything but making money, doesn’t care about how long we’ve been with Dr Parsons and my moms late husband always loved Dr parsons and all the people at the office, everyone. Now you have a SO CALLED DENTIST Dr STASSNER that doesn’t care about past patients and my mom is 82 yrs old going to Dr Parsons for over 20years and her late husband longer than that. I am so very ANGRY that bc when I called a few times explaining that my mom can’t have her teeth cleaned without medications (antibiotics) due to 2 blood thinners she takes and they just argued about how Dr Strassner said she HAD to have to have the cleaning. Plus not see the Dr at that point and to make an appointment for a “consultation” then at the 3rd appointment they would have a plan made and etc. Money hungry if you ask me. My mom has an implant post that needs to be done and finished along with a porcelain tooth that needs to be adhered. All those appointments are mandatory for all I mentioned above about her practice “policies”. Then she had the audacity to tell us that she didn’t want us as patients anymore and to go somewhere else bc she said “we aren’t a good fit for her practice”. She is an absolutely terrible Dentist with no consideration of how she treats her patients . She is a dentist that likes referrals also like anyone I have seen ever In my life. I encourage everybody to find a new dentist instead of going to Dr Strassner She is the new owner instead of Dr Parsons. Dr. Parsons He is a wonderful dentist and I wish him nothing but the best and so sorry he isn’t practicing anymore. Word of advice do not ever go to her.

5 /5 David Moynehan: This facility is great. The people who work there are always upbeat and friendly. I saw a new-to-me hygienist who was a delight to talk to and efficient in her work. Dr. Parsons was his usual friendly self. The whole place exudes proficiency and is a really upbeat place to go - even when you know you’re going to a DENTIST!.
