5 /5 Liv Tsar: I have not had a cleaning on my teeth in probably over 10 years. I am just now beginning my dental journey with this office and had my cleaning today. I could not have asked for a better experience. The receptionist is so kind & my hygienist was amazing. At no point did I feel like I was in bad hands. Thank you to everyone in this office for helping me to overcome something that has caused me so much stress over the years.

1 /5 Medina Besirevic: I genuinely dont know how this place is still in business with the receptionists they have. It’s like they went out of their way to hire the most unpleasant, unhelpful, attitude-ridden people they could find. They act like youre inconveniencing them by showing up to your appointment. If youre looking for a place that values patients, look literally anywhere else. You would think being in constant contact with patients would build social skills and compassion over the years. Miserable, unprofessional, and clearly hate their jobs. Told me that that I have to find a specialist myself when the dentist told me otherwise. Also asked to be seen by the dentist and she refused to schedule me an appointment. Does NOT let you get a word in. No apology, no attempt to fix the situation—just blank stares giving you the lights are on, but nobody is home look.

3 /5 Chelsea Sprowell: I called to make my first appointment 2 years ago in March bc I was in such pain. They scheduled me a month out and got my X-rays sent to insurance. Made my appointment for May, they canceled on me 2 more times (last minute) finally got me in end of July. He did my top 6 front teeth all at once. 4 root canals and a file down bc I was getting caps for all of them .. Went back 2 weeks later and had those cemented in. A month later we started the bottom but I had an infection from a bad root canal not done properly from a different dentist. He gave me meds to fix it but since the office kept cancelling my appointments again I needed meds 4 times. Now it’s December and I still have a fake denture in and an infection. He pulls the tooth and puts the fake piece back on. 4 months later in March I paid 800$ for the tooth because instead of a cap I had to have a special one made. Now I’ve had 2 molars done in the last year and I’ve been in severe pain. And I’ve called multiple times (daily for weeks) insurance said they didn’t give them enough. Office says “oh we sent more info” but office is waiting on insurance and insurance is waiting in office. Anywho, I love the dentist and my new smile! They’re not perfect looking either so they look real. I just wish they’d get their shit together in the reception area and not leave patients hanging for months at a time

1 /5 Saleena Berry: I was in severe pain because of a cavity. However, I was told that I needed to contact the surgeons who did my wisdom teeth removal. Note that my wisdom teeth removal had occurred months before. Those Wilson Dental who did the extraction had told me this cavity needed to be taken care of by my dentist soon. It was not a result of the surgery. Also note that I was refused an appointment on the phone, before it was even looked at. I’m not sure if they are aware, but they can get reported to the state for refusing medical care to someone. The reception was extremely rude. I just needed to come in because I was in so much pain and called over 5 times after continuously being hung up on, then blocked. The lack of emotional intelligence and the inappropriate behavior is not suitable for a dental office, and they may want to consider hiring some better staff! I can say from my experience it is not the doctor, but the disrespectful staff and receptionist. I work in an office setting and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior.

1 /5 Ashley Potter: His associate butchered my mouth, I refuse to have her do any work on my mouth again and i would like only Dr. Rabice. They said I was a liability and told me they would no longer see me. Uploaded is the letter they sent me all because I didnt want his associate to continue to ruin my teeth and mouth.
