1 /5 Medina Besirevic: I genuinely dont know how this place is still in business with the receptionists they have. It’s like they went out of their way to hire the most unpleasant, unhelpful, attitude-ridden people they could find. They act like youre inconveniencing them by showing up to your appointment. If youre looking for a place that values patients, look literally anywhere else. You would think being in constant contact with patients would build social skills and compassion over the years. Miserable, unprofessional, and clearly hate their jobs. Told me that that I have to find a specialist myself when the dentist told me otherwise. Also asked to be seen by the dentist and she refused to schedule me an appointment. Does NOT let you get a word in. No apology, no attempt to fix the situation—just blank stares giving you the lights are on, but nobody is home look.
