Hampton Bays Dental Associates, PC - Hampton Bays Lauren Ciuzio: Unfortunately I don’t think I will be back. My experience has not been very pleasant. They are constantly trying to upsell you, I had multiple cleanings and they push additional services such as teeth scaling and x rays every time I try to book a cleaning appointment. Even though during the last cleaning the hygienist was very pleasant and told me this was not necessary. If I decline the reception tells me that it is not my choice what I would like to do with my own body. She offered to take a note but that the dentist will decide what to do. I believe the individual should get to decide their own treatment with the recommendation of the doctor. The review is not for the hygienist but for the pushiness of the front office and the dentist.
Westhampton Center for Dentistry & Facial Aesthetics - Westhampton Beach William Hofmann: My family and I have been patients of Dr. DiBenedetto for almost 20 years. He is a wonderful dentist who cares deeply about the people he serves. He has incorporated the latest dental technology into his practice. He does crowns, implants, root canals, and many other dental procedures. I have had many of these procedures done, and have been totally satisfied with all the work Dr. DiBenedetto has done. He has always been honest with my situations, and I completely trust the recommendations he makes. When the practice moved from Holtsville to Westhampton I followed Dr. DiBenedetto to his new location even though the ride increased from 30 minutes to an hour. My daughter who lives in Merrick, NY continues to use Dr. DiBenedetto even though her ride is over an hour. Thats how much we like and trust his work.
I should also mention that Dr. DiBenedettos staff has always been very helpful to us all. It is very easy to make appointments, and they are very accommodating when there is an emergency situation. He has an excellent Hygienist working for him who does a great job cleaning your teeth.
If you are looking for a very good dentist, I strongly recommend this practice.
