4 /5 Bronx Mommy: The staff was professional and kind. This was my first time visiting this location and I appreciate that the staff is trained to handle women of color hair. However, I made an appointment for myself and my daughter (Shirley Temple); I wish that they sat us together or at least ask me what style I had in mind for my daughter.I had requested a braid in the appointment but my daughter didn’t receive the braid (the braid was removed from the final bill).It was on a Sunday afternoon and they seemed pressed for time. Otherwise it would had been a five star experience.
