1 /5 Estevon Tirado: Front desk lady that picks up the phone located in Troy is very disrespectful and rude and she hangs up the phone on her customers when they’re asking simply what is your name and what is the doctor’s name. She told me on the phone that in order for me to schedule my appointment I need to have my x-rays sent to them. so I went thru a big process to get my x-rays sent to them and After that I was trying to schedule my appointment (as the lady explained to me) and now she’s telling me that both doctors declined to give me my mold because I won’t be returning to their office on a regular basis. I am done with everything I need to have done with my mouth all fillings and everything I needed was already complete all I needed last was a mold. But there not going to give me that mold because I’m not going to be bringing them money monthly. Very stingy and grimy people. Would not recommend going to them if you want to be treated as you should. Will be going to the better bussines bureau

1 /5 Cortnie Costello: I didn’t read the reviews prior to scheduling with this fake dental office.. It has been nothing but problems sense ay one... Hard to get scheduled and like the rest of the reviews she was very short in my first exam, did a minimal cleaning. Waste of a day off from work. Then finally does a filling and messes it all up, that it is cold, hot, pressure sensitive. And I call to get it fixed and she no longer wants to see me, because I asked why they were answering phones if they were closed and couldn’t fix this issue... Do yourself a favor do not go to this dentist. She just wants to file a claim with your insurance to get paid for nothing...

1 /5 Melanie Morse: I would give them less than one star. They said my kids teeth looked great. Then I took them to an actual dentist and they had many many cavities. The "dentist" looked at their teeth for maybe 4 seconds.

1 /5 Michelle Laing: I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau for improper cleaning and for a very unsanitary place this is ! I went one time and the lady did a less then 2 min cleaning ! And the dentist was worse! They were more focused on rushing for that check then my well being and for my health ! Will never be returning there ! How is this place even legit ? Where doctors are rushing and doing 2 minute cleaning and doing there job sloppy and getting away with this and being paid ?

1 /5 David Herndon: My wife just finished an appointment there. Due to insurance we had to switch dental providers and unfortunately didnt read the online reviews. They did not save her dental records that were emailed to them, they wrote down the wrong reason for the visit, the wait was 1.5hrs, the filling my wife has is falling out (physically evident) but they swore it was intact, and their x-ray machine was down. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst dental office Ive ever seen.
