From application to removal the experience went very smoothly and all employees that we dealt with during the course of the last 2 years were extremely friendly been offered a quality service. We have one more child coming up the ranks and should he need braces there is no doubt that we will visit Sunshine smiles again. As an added bonus, they offer a sibling discount if you have had a family member that received orthodontic treatment in the past. The dentist always explained every detail because Im "that mom". I needed to know every process! Definitely recommend for any parent. Also, appointment wait times are phenomenally low!

5 /5 Faber Carmona: It has been 3 years since I started with the braces and they finally came off; I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had a lot of crowding which caused a lot my teeth to be overlapping and very misaligned, so I had to have a few extractions done and it took longer than the average timeframe to get them straight. Sunshine Smiles was spot on from the beginning, with how the process would be to how be long it would take… there were no surprises. Now my teeth are looking better than ever and I’m happy that I chose Sunshine Smiles to get my braces done. The front staff like Marissa and Casie are very friendly, doctor Mansour is a great doctor who always keeps you up to date in your progress, and my favorite of all was Ashley, who took care of all my appointments throughout. She is super nice and always made sure I came out of the appt with no questions or concerns. She even did couple of brief cleanings where I had buildup. The whole practice is very kind and provides excellent service. Thank you Sunshine Smiles for the great work done!!

Terry Sullivan: I spent $3500 on one implant and a crown. The implant fell out but Dr. Pai refuses to give me credit or refund any of the money I wasted on this disaster. I had one of my upper teeth extracted which left an empty space which was noticeable when I smiled or just opened my mouth. I had planned to get a removable partial denture, but Dr. Pai said I would not be happy with one and talked me into getting an implant for which he charged me $2,000. He then sent me another denist who put a crown on the implant and charged me $1,500. Then the implant (and the crown) fell out and Dr. Pai said there was no use installing another implant because the same thing would happen again. He could not explain why he hadnt foreseen that an implant would not work in my situation. So I still have an empty space in my upper teeth and am $3,500 poorer. I do NOT recommend this dentist.

( And thats if you call EVERY day and remind them) Meanwhile you are sitting around suffering without your medications! This is unfair and its as simple as going on the computer and pushing a few buttons. Its really crazy to be honest!!

Annalee Lincoln: Perry was my dentist since I was 4 or 5. I went to him through out my life and he always was caring and like a uncle telling me to brush harder and he was strict on me. But now he doesnt take my insurance I havent been able to really go to the dentist. So it really sucks. I have 2 broken teeth, one on the left and one on the right and they have cavities and I brush all the time. (Well when people give my kid candy I may or may not eat it all so my kids teeth dont rot and I throw alot out) anyway well now I cant eat at all. I made a appointment somewhere in kingston and they scheduled me the end of next month. And its only getting worse. If I called Perry and told him he would have me in right away.

Dojocho: Knew Dr. Gorman from elementary school at St Catherines in Lake Katrine. My family were all regular patients of his. I used to hold the door open as a alter boy for his father who was in a Wheelchair coming to church. I moved down to the city and coming back up for a week stay with my parents I broke a Molar and was in tremendous pain I didnt have a regular dentist down in the city so I called Him..The front desk person researched who I was, and then proceeded to tell me I have been put in the inactive file and thus I have to scheduled a appointment a week from this day..I told her I am in tremendous pain I need some type of relieve or something...I told her tell Dr Gorman who I am..he would know me since we went to school together....she put me on hold again to talk to the DR. thinking I would talk to him so he would say come in...she told me I would have to wait a week to come in....So there you have it...Nothing more to say about compassion. I told my Parents what transpired and they left and moved to a different Dentist.
