River Road Automotive - Norwich Alaskan Malamute: Horrible place! Dragged my car side ways across the parking lot and never released the transmission so my 4WD was in neutral to load it on the tow truck. Broke the internal steering wheel lock, ripped off my front bumper and scratched the hood and fender with the tow chain. Then they said "You cant prove any of what happened!" Turns out the parking lot I was in had security cameras and caught it all on tape! AND 3 people in the shopping area Videotaped the entire mess with their cell phones! AAA is going after this place! BEWARE if you want to keep your car in one piece! See the photos!
Professional Tire, LLC - Norwich jim ritter: I brought tires and Rims into this establishment to be mounted on my vehicle Even though they were very hard to be mounted. Which I do understand. I had to return to professional tire service because my tire was losing air - Come to find out it was the new TPMS Valve that had the leak. When I got there to try to have it fixed the mechanic came out and Arrogantly said “I will not take those tires off the rims again they gave us such a hard time” so they got nasty and said too bad, We will not do anything about it! They never told me when the tires went on there were no guarantees on Their workmanship.
Keep in mind I paid for a service as they said that they can provide but did not want to fix the issue they caused. This is why supporting local businesses is not a good option especially at this place And then wonder why they don’t stay in business!!
I would advise not to do business with this company! It’s a Shame!!
