Wallace Auto Care - Albany Cromwell Cozmo: I set up an appointment for an inspection sticker, showed up on time, the guy Derek who I had set up the appointment with, wasnt friendly, and told me over the phone that it takes around 45 minutes to complete. I waited in the area, and about an hour later, I walked back to the waiting lobby, a man in a truck had just pulled up before I was getting there, and it turns out he was going for an inspection as well, and after he was taken care of, I was asked why I was there, I said I was there for an inspection, he asked me if I made and appointment, I said yes, it was for 11. Then he proceeded to to asked me for my information again, and I said Im already on the list, and that I made an appointment 2 days prior. Then I was told that the man with the truck was going to be serviced first and then my car was next, when I was already there before him.
Upon pick up, Derick, who I originally dealt with, decided to lecture me about how they are obviously a busy shop, and that just because the appointment was set, doesnt mean that it will take place at said time. I didnt even complain or anything, but yet I got a talking to, and was told that I should have scheduled it earlier when I specifically asked him if 11am was alright.
I will never give this place my business.
