Mosholu Medical Group - New York
Erica Stanback: Tara the lab technician is very sufficient in her work. She interacts with the patients to make them feel safe and comfortable. Shes a peoples person. I always feel comfortable with her drawing my blood.
Pulmonary Medicine Pc - Bronx
NewYork-Presbyterian / Columbia University Irving Medical Center - New York
Luz Daniela De Luna: The worst hospital ever. I have been sick for two months, the girl who helped me had to do an ultrasound to see what situation I had and because my blood came out negative “not pregnant” she sent me home. Today I am at Mount Sinai with the same situation and they immediately took me to the emergency room, changed my clothes, 3 doctors have come and I have only been here for an hour. I went to 168th at 01:00 pm and left at 02:33 am with the only news that I am not pregnant and to come back if I keep vomiting, if clearly my problem is my stomach not a pregnancy. They should change all the personnel, those including students who do not even know how to put an injection. The one who helped me to I had to tell her where the vein was since she did not know what she was doing. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.
Anew Dermatology, Skin Cancer & Reconstruction - Johnson City
virginia kemp: My first visit with Anew Dermatology was one of the most positive and best doctor visits I have had. My appointment was with Julie Luckman and she is very professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. She explained the entire process required to treat a growth on my leg and did immediate biopsy and scheduled follow up surgery. The entire staff was so caring and so glad my treatment will be in their hands.
Guthrie Vestal Sleep Care - Vestal
Jimae Hubert: Excellent titration lab experience! My technician Blaise did a great job explaining everything as he connected all my sensors and answering all my questions. The room was comfortable, just like a hotel room, with a TV and bathroom with shower. I brought my own mask and CPAP pillow and was fitted there with an F&P Evora full face mask just in case which they allowed me to keep. I am already an established CPAP user but was having trouble staying asleep and getting enough REM. I slept fairly well at the lab; Blaise figured out my optimal mode and pressure, and I have been getting great results at home ever since with his recommended settings. I never would have managed this on my own. Dr. Patel ordered my study without question when I told him I was still walking up multiple times each night even with low AHI and no mask leaks. The mode and settings ordered by my initial provider were WAY off. I would recommend Dr. Patel at Neuro Medical Associates and Lourdes Sleep Lab to anyone with suspected sleep apnea or to get your CPAP settings dialed in. They are fantastic! Dont give up on CPAP therapy, and dont let your provider brush off your concerns. It takes time, practice, and support to find what works. If your provider doesnt listen to you or rushes you out of the office, find a new one! UPDATE: Be aware that if you have ever been diagnosed with asthma or any other sort of breathing issues, even mild and not currently being/needing treatment, Dr. Patel will not keep you as a patient because he is not a pulmonologist. You will very likely be getting a referral to Dr. Shah or others in the area. This was my experience, anyway.
Johnson City Veterinary Hospital - Johnson City
Cynthia Dominguez: We just moved here from Pennsylvania. I wanted a third opinion for my cats stomatitis disease. Dr. Gonzalez was extremely knowledgeable about what he can do for us. Rachel his assistant was wonderful! Thank you!!!
Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital :Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging - Binghamton
Carter Lorrayne “Pink”: The ct tech was very nice however the radiologists report is wrong. Or I should say they skipped over the hernia mesh that is clearly in my stomach and abdomen. Which is what is causing my pain. Another cover up tactic. If you cant see the hernia mesh then perhaps you shouldnt be a radiologist. What else can you not see? Or are avoiding in your patients? The are "Markers" that can clearly show you the hernia mesh so yes you can see it and yes you skipped over it on purpose!
Upstate Golisano Childrens Hospital - Syracuse
Kay: I spent a week at the hospital while my son was being treated. One of those nights being in the ER. Staff is absolutely wonderful here. Theyre so helpful and youd be surprised by how many things they have access to to help. I came into the ER with my son for respiratory distress so it didnt bring my pump. Being a breastfeeding mom not only did they provide me with three meals a day but they also provided me with a pump to use in my room. It stayed with me and they stored any breast milk that I bagged. My room had its own bathroom and shower. No shower curtain just kind of weird and the water pressure sucked but hey its a shower. So I was grateful. I took a picture of the sink thats in my room as well. Its rather large and made it really helpful when it came to washing all of the bottles and pump items. They even provided me with a bottle brush and dish soap. There is a PS4 in the room. I tried turning it on once but couldnt figure out how to get the TV to switch over to it so it didnt really mess with it. Food here is what you would expect from hospital. There are some good options though and they tried to be very accommodating to my Dairy allergy. First night here we spent in the ER. Got to the hospital at about 9:00 a.m. and didnt get a room until the next day around noon. We were in a shared room and even though I was here with my 3-month-old they put him in a regular bed. I had to pay to nurse when I wanted to use the restroom because I was so worried hed move and fall out. Even with the railings its very nerve-racking. The room was really small and cramped and it was shared with another family. There was nowhere for me to sleep. Just a small little chair that didnt have arms. And if I wanted to sit in it I was next to the sink. But at the time I know the hospital was packer and i did find myself grateful to at least be in a room. If you are there for your very little babies I recommend getting some links. I brought them and was able to clip them to the crib and it helped him a lot.
Syracuse VA Medical Center - Syracuse
Mark Huller: I went to the Syracuse VA for X-rays on 1/16/2025 and it was a walk in appointment. I was called within minutes of checking in. Dawn, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very pleasant and friendly and I had a very nice interaction with her. I have always had positive experiences at the Syracuse VA, but Dawn went above and beyond in her duties. She should be recognized and commended for the care i received and Im sure others have had just as positive experiences. Dawn is a good example of how people should be treated and cared for. She is s good role model for others to learn from. Thank you Dawn
Auburn Ear, Nose & Throat Services - Auburn
Tonya Mulholland: Went in yesterday 7/23. Waited an hour and 45 minutes to see a Dr. she rushed through my apt. Prescribed some nasal sprays. After checking my pharmacy yesterday afternoon and again this morning… nothing has been called in. I am shocked at how chaotic that office is being run. Who’s in charge there?
