1 /5 Alicia Pereira: This review is mostly directed at hairdresser Yvette Gonzalez, not the other hairdressers. Yvette Gunsallus was my regular hairdresser that I would visit every two weeks. I don’t know what happened to her I don’t know if she got lazy she started using inferior products but this woman destroyed my hair. To the point where I have contemplated legal action. All she was supposed to do was to put a simple color brown color in my hair. I was told by professionals that she Must have used expired cheap products.
She would not reveal to me what she used. I broke out in blotches and hives. This cause my hair to weaken and break all over. For the last year it has been my mission to rebuild my ones beautiful hair. There was no reason for this because I visited the salon on a regular basis. Yvette Gonzalez did not even offer me a refund for the payment of her destroying my hair. I don’t know what caused you to do this. If it was Jelousy or incompetence. Do yourself a favor do not use this Hairstylist by any means. Not unless you want to be bald, stay away from her.
