1 /5 brandy thomas: So my first experience with this business was requesting an appt online months ago and never hearing back. My second experience was calling to make an appointment, being told that I’d have to wait for a stylist to call me back IF they have availability (why do you have someone answering phones who doesn’t do scheduling?) and then receiving FIVE CALLS in a row from the stylist when I didn’t answer the first. I was on a freakin meeting and they would not stop calling. So wildly unprofessional and almost entitled. Like if you don’t have time for me when I call should I just call back over and over, basically harassing you, until you do? The irony is that they did eventually leave a voicemail and told me to use the online booking system (which again, already did and didn’t hear back). Deff not using this business.
