1 /5 Jade Jessica: I previously went to Dr. Paul Smith- he retired and advised me to continue my dental care with Dr. Conley. My parents have both also gone to Dr. Conley. I called 3 weeks ago to set up an appointment as I believe I have a cavity. Receptionist told me to text her a picture of my insurance card and she would get back to me regarding the scheduling of an appointment which I thought was odd. I called again last week because I never heard back and she told me she would text me tomorrow. Which I also found strange because they show as being closed “tomorrow.” Never did receive any call and I find that to be extremely unprofessional and will all be looking for a different dentist.
