1 /5 Ru: This company is a bit odd I don’t mean this to be disrespectful or shady but I mean this because I was supposed to get braces a few years back like I actually went through the braces process and I even had surgery to get a few teeth removed specifically for these braces I was waiting the longest just to get these braces which had my hopes up just for them to decline my request after having to go through that long process few years later I got scars on my cheeks and tongue because of the biting while I was asleep but they’ve ended up healing overall I feel like it was a waste of time and they had my hopes up for nothing

One who knows anything about braces (have had them for 3 years now) knows that it is an extremely annoying circumstance, taking years of life to complete, that sometimes is not for looks as much as for a better health. I know you are reading and I am happy you found this place. It’s hard to keep this short but as a person looking for good people you have come to the right place. So first of all I am older than a teen so it is a lot harder because there are more risks involved and people will look at you funny ☺️ But for a healthier bite I don’t mind that at all. I have a special case, a cross bite, and really need a team of people who understand my situation, guide and support me along the way. 1st As an outsider I beg you to schedule your appointment as soon as you get one because these people are in high demand as are Orthodontists and the next appointment can be a months or event longer away. 2nd bring something with you; like a box of chocolates because these people deserve it as they have helped so many people so far and deserve the love. I couldn’t get my X-rays from my old orthodontist and they had no trouble with that and when I came in they quickly took a bunch of pictures and X-rays so they can know Exactly what is going on and what will be their strategy. Soon I met with Dr Caruso who after examining all the X-rays, pictures and information sat down and explained all the options available to me and the pricing which was more than fair in comparison to other places I visited and best of all I could see he was trying to help me more than anything. Wonderful, warm and caring doctor. On my second visit I met with Dr. Micaroni and I was delighted by this experience. She sure brought a lot of excitement as she was ready to help get my braces going and right then and there i felt again I was in good hands! She is sweet, kind and caring but she is laser focused on making sure she can take the best approach and get the best results! I am truly humbled by her expertise, her wanting to fully be involved in your treatment and her cheering you on! I can see that having giants like Dr. Caruso and Dr. Hamlin she sure is a fantastic leader who will get you through any and all obstacles to your perfect bite. They make a great team of doctors who of course rely heavily on all their team. They mention a number of times that their practice would not be so amazing without their dedicated and amazing staff! The staff at the clinic is amazing, courteous, and looking to make your experience an easy, smooth, and quick. All smiles and always asking how you are doing - making sure you are their number one priority! The Caruso Orthodontics is an exceptional place with exceptional people and I know that you will be happy with your choice. Don’t take my word for it. Give them a call and let them help you. And like I said don’t forget the gift even if you decide to go with another clinic because they all truly deserve it and these reviews and all these people like me and soon to be you are grateful that we are in such good hands! The lanap procedure was virtually pain-free, and very successful. I dont think its an overstatement to say that Dr Melnyk saved my teeth!
