    Justin Lenihan: I’m not a member of the church I am a contractor that offered my service to the church an father Matt and also Adam in charge of maintenance had both authorized at a unit price and I had started performing the work and spoke with both father Matt and Adam in charge of maintenance and Adam asked me if I could do more area then we originally agreed upon and I answered yes explained to him what exactly would be done and re-explained that it would be more area so therefore would cost more and he agreed to do more than when the job was completed and we measured the area and he was given the invoice on the project he said that he he didn’t realize it was going to be that much so therefore I explain to him that if need be I would work with him on the price to help donate towards the church and he had promised that we would make an agreement and I would be paid well I have never received one dollar for any of the work that I have completed and now I am suffering as a small business owner of a father and husband because he spent time and material and labor cost to do the job and never received any money so I’m praying I can receive my payment before I lose things that I’ve worked for in life I started this project November 1, 2021 it took me 2 1/2 days to complete the project and Here it is March 12, 2022 still no payment and no answer from anyone at the church The scope of work that I completed was asphalt paving in the parking lot
