3 /5 Valeria Valenzuela: I was greeted by a phone call from Fishkill Tire saying that since I didnt have an appointment it wasn’t guaranteed that my car would be serviced. When I explained that in the past 10+ years that I’ve been bringing my car for an oil change, that leaving it there (without an appointment) the night before was always the practice. She told me confusing information that it wasn’t how it was now but you can leave the car but you need an appointment? When I asked her to explain, she just repeated the same confusing message. I got a call about an hour later that my car was done. I asked if they did the tire rotation as well as the oil change and she said no bc of “tire rot” in my wheels. I asked her to explain and she said that I need to get new tires and that they would leave an estimate and information in my car (since I paid over the phone). No explanation, no courtesy for a long time customer, just over all short, rude, rushed conversation to get me off the phone. I’ve never experienced this from this place but it definitely will give me a reason to look for another place to bring my car moving forward. Maybe Fishkill tire should invest in sending their staff for some training on how to deal with customers in a respectful, courteous way. Very disappointing.
