Erica Dennis: I came to the emergency room for excruciating pain and bleeding. Dr. Beg informed me I was pregnant. I was on birth control and still nursing, so it was a surprise. I said something was wrong and had to insist on an exam I knew was going to be extremely painful. When nothing showed on the images he told me I could go the full nine months and sent me home 8 hours later. I kept asking "then why am I in pain?" He told me to contact my ob if I was still concerned. I had emergency surgery the next day to stop the bleeding that was filling my abdomen. I bled internally all night. The pregnancy was ectopic. Dr. Beg told me he had called my OB, but my OB said he hadnt received a call or he would have sent me to another hospital that could do the testing to make sure it wasnt ectopic. Dr. Beg failed to put anything in my records, then blatantly lied when he finally did 4 months later (enough time for there to have been a meeting about the formal complaint I filed). I would not recommend him to anyone.

Jessica Rebon: Ive been with Doctor McGowan for over 5 years now. And I have issues with my back.That needs surgery, Doctor mcgowan prescribes me opioids for thirty days and then drops me as a patient because I asked for a refill. She is a very rude Doctor that only cares about her own well being and not taking into consideration how other people are in pain. I will never recommend anybody to this practice and I feel for all the patients that are under her care now.

Megan Evans: Ive been going to this doctor almost my entire life. If it wasnt for my family being family friends I wouldve left a long time ago. The woman is rude. The doctor is lovely. They have no office hours yet they have three offices. They dont want you going from office to office because she doesnt want to do the work to get your paperwork there. If you want an appointment in Lockport the only times available are 12 to 4 on Tuesday. Thats it nothing else. The woman gets really nasty with patients. The doctor himself is a very nice individual. Good Luck with them.

I AM Me: Didnt inform me properly. there was too many patience on his mind, i guess. Got me mixed up with someone else and told me different than he put in my record n caused me trouble down the line. The service was good till then and he has a good bedside manor. The performance was all good until it was an issue with the next dr or service. Heed caution ⚠️ butt he was very nice. In the long run, misinformation can unalive a person. Make the next dr upset, giving the next Dr. misinformation details from this one, and they cancel you. You dont get service, n then early detection is out the window, and it causes inevitable unaliving, right? God bless. Truth is it causes dangerous situations. The next drs have schedules and their ways, and this can cause much trouble. Misinformation unalives, it creates emotions and insurance issues. Please be extra careful. Luv n light.. I hope i survive a canceled mess n stress this caused me n my next dr because of this. Will give an update. So far, there is no new test n an upset staff at the new drs. I sure didnt need it. A shame this all happened. Thanks

Elaine Farchione: I have gone to Dr Pal for years, I find it hard to believe these criticisms are of the same Dr Pal. Starting with the office workers, not once have they been rude, in fact they are very caring as are the nurses and PA’s I got very sick in another state, went to ER, through out the night the ER Dr talked with Dr Pal three time figuring the best way to treat me. I came home the next day and the very next day Dr Pal had me in his office at 9 am. Sure sounds like.a Caring Dr to me. Anyone can say anything on social media true or not. The Dr cannot defend himself/herself with ethics and HIPA . I hope when people are looking for. a Physician they take into consideration, most of these reviews are disgruntled people that didn’t hear what they preferred to hear, I have recommended Dr Pal and will continue to do so. You’re in good hands!
