4 /5 Kenneth James: My experience was pleasant. The scheduling,the explanation of paperwork, the practitioner, the doctor...all pleasant...two thumbs up !!! On the other hand...the check out lady (Lorraine) does NOT have any people skills as far as customers are concerned. I postponed getting blood work done because she mentioned that I couldnt have eaten for the past 12 hours. I didnt find out how untrue this was until after I left the facility. She is such a great asset....NOT!!!
