5 /5 Anu Andrews: I can’t even say how amazing Dr. Borukhova and staff were with me. From the very first phone call, they were so kind, accommodating and patient. Dr. Borukhova took the time to answer all of my questions, alleviate my fears and explain each step along the way. I never felt rushed or unheard. She took her time and was very detailed. Even with billing, they were upfront and explained how it could go and what to expect before even the first appointment. I can’t say enough how grateful I am to her and her entire office. Each visit or phone felt like was dealing with family. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Even though they were finished with their scheduled patients and getting ready to close, Dr. " Luba" didnt hesitate to say to come over. Dr. Luba treated my mother with the utmost care and professionalism. She made root canal and easy experience. If ever in need of root canal, I wholeheartedly recommend Gentle Touch. Her office manager is extremely helpful and patient and guided me through a bit of insurance drama that I was dealing with and was very flexible about the entire situation. Root canals are not fun, and can cause a lot of stress and anxiety, but if anyone can help to make the process as stress free as possible, its Dr. Luba.
