One of his workers could not understand me so proceeded to do the wrong steps to my nails - when I told them this, the owner told me I was going to be charged for 2 different nail treatments! I explained to him that I confirmed with his worker after I sat down what I wanted and he basically was arguing that I was lying to him. All around horrible and my nail beds physically hurt - they cut me multiple times and did not even care. My nail beds are cut up and cracked now because of this place.

But yeah this was my first time getting my nails done with actual color and this was my friends first time getting acrylics. Our prom is on the 26th so glad we stopped by!

Hazal Bannach: I’ve been to here twice, and both times were disappointing. First Visit: I booked an appointment a month in advance for my vacation and paid a deposit. The salon rescheduled me three times at the last minute. When I finally got there, I had to wait 15 minutes for them to open the store. The service was okay. Second Visit: I went back to get my gel nail polish removed. I had to wait 30 minutes because they overbooked. They only removed the polish from my hands and reapply a simple gel polish, but refused to clean my toes, saying they had another client coming. I didn’t even get an apology for the wait or the incomplete service. Overall: While their work is decent, their booking system and customer service need serious improvement. They also need to clean their tools properly. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Catherine Augello: I’ve been going to Henry’s Nails since 2007 and have never trusted another salon more. Each time I am even more amazed at the talent and consistency of their work. They’ve become like family over the years and I wish them all the best. They offer many services now and it’s always super clean and professional. A true artist, I feel like a queen everytime I leave there. Perfection and precision is the best way to describe it. I will not let anyone else touch my eyebrows!!! No one better, very reasonable pricing with superb results. My last visit I got acrylic ombré dip which turned out fabulous. No pictures but the eyebrow wax/tint was amazing and perfectly done. Thank you so much for everything all of these years!!

They give out free drinks but not consistently. I liked JJ Nails, it was super easy to make an appointment, I got in and got out in under an hour. Quiet & clean atmosphere. Prices are great.

Not only was my nails 60( 50 plus 20 % for gratuity) ALL MY NAILS ARE BREAKING OFF. I literally just had them done 06/22/2023 these pictures are taken a week apart on the date of 06/29/2023. Please don’t waste your money here. And I would like to mention all of the nails broke exactly at the part you glue the nail tip on. I don’t do any extensive work AT ALL. Majority broke completing simple task like opening the door, showering and washing dishes.

Alex did my nails, and they really are perfection! I came in with a photo and they are identical to what I asked for. He not only took his time, but the attention to detail he has is amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

She is very experienced and did a great job on this Christmas set. Her salon is cozy and private, a nice and relaxing setting compared to big salons with multiple clients getting services at the same time. Appointments are easy to book online. Highly recommend!

Jillian M: I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. I visited two days before my wedding, and unfortunately, it didnt meet my expectations. The nail techs didnt give me the shape I requested, and I ended up bleeding on almost every finger during the process. The polish application was sloppy, leaving behind bubbles. On top of that, the staffs rudeness didnt make the visit any better. I considered asking for a refund, but the damage to my nails two days before my wedding was irreversible. I will not be returning and will be telling anyone and everyone I know to avoid this place if they care about their hands.
