4 /5 Kim Crisci: Very nice personnel. Although my insurance does not require preauthorization for services, they require it in writing! So, I have to wait 2 weeks to start the process for new dentures. Ones I have broke!! They say its going to be a month process

The whole office staff was so pleasant and very friendly. I cant thank all the staff for all they did for me. Its was appreciated.

4 /5 Steven Sulzer: Everyone in the Monticello office was terrific. Pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was that the Liberty office couldnt squeeze me in for an emergency until 4PM in Monticello. Had to suffer all day with the pain.
