1 /5 Cazzie Bradberry: Terrible experience. Half of the staff exhibited good bedside manner other half not so much. I followed their instructions to a tee as far as contacting my insurance , providing code and making sure anesthesia was covered, which it was. Upon arrival I was informed that I would be charged, even though my insurance said it was covered, but we could get started. As I was on a table in a gown I was asked to provide a payment method and left in the table while they ran my card and told me it didnt work, they tried again and miraculously it worked this time. I felt like they left me there until they figured that out. During that time I could hear another employee speaking disparagingly about another patient…I actually wanted to get up and leave at this point, if you’d like a knowledgeable staff and to be treated with respect do not go to Great Lakes surgical.
