Plattsburgh Medical Care - Plattsburgh Dodd Davison LLC: After 50 minutes of waiting after my appointment time and watching 8 people in the waiting room come in after me. I was still sitting in the waiting room whilst those 8 people were promptly sent through to be seen. Enough was enough. As an independent contractor, I had other appointments to do that day and I left without being seen for my appointment. The reception behind the frosted glass barrier re-scheduled me for another day and really didn’t seem to care about how long I had been waiting. What’s happening with our world. The “don’t give a crap factor” far outweighs any customer service at this “factory”
