5 /5 Brenda Hoffman: Friendly, warm and welcoming to guests and regular attenders alike. A place that the whole family can worship our Lord together, learn together and grow together. Relevant sermons, excellent worship music, delicious breakfast sandwiches in the cafe, a nursery for the little ones and childrens church for school-age children! The youth group for teens meets on Sunday evenings from 6-7:30. The church and its ministries are active in the community. Their various ministries include: mens group/study, womens studies and gatherings, missions work--local & abroad, and an active teen group). They are intentional about seeking and meeting the needs of the surrounding community as well as sharing the gospel to all.

5 /5 Kevin and Cindy Austin: Wonderful atmosphere. Very welcoming people without being overbearing. Arrive early for coffee and snacks in a large open foyer. The actual service itself started with an excellent blend of contemporary worship music, scripture readings and prayer. Very informal feeling too. While we didnt get to hear the pastor speak that day, we did meet him and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him. I had the sense Id enjoy listening to him speak.

5 /5 Kevin Austin: Nice atmosphere. Warm and friendly congregation. Nice welcome area with a nice breakfast option for a very reasonable price. Worship music was nice, and for all with the message. If youre looking for a good church, I would recommend highly recommend giving this church a few trys.

5 /5 Michael Burkley: The Hadley - Luzerne Wesleyan Church is a faithful and caring church. The pastor preaches in a biblical and interesting style. They have an excellent childrens program. I like it! I dont worship there because Im the pastor of another church in town, but I do recommend it to you! Youre welcome to worship at the church I serve, but I wont take the opportunity for the free advertising, as Im reviewing HLWC!
